On the November 14th for the “Ask the Expert” show on 570 News, I’ll be appearing on the show for an hour with my associate Scott Schaefer.

On the show, we are going to focus on answering the most common questions we receive on-line. If you have a question you’d like us to address please email it to asktheexperts@hoyes.com

We’ll be covering topics on personal bankruptcy, consumer proposals, credit counselling. Don’t be afraid to ask any question, we’ll do our best to answer it on the show.

Some questions we’ve received already include;

• Do I lose my house if I file a Consumer Proposal?
• If I go bankrupt, how many years will the trustee keep taking my tax refund?
• Can the people I owe money to garnishee my baby bonus?
